Sweating Like Animals




Today's WOD was for the animals....literally!

30 sec mountain climbers
30 sec crab walk to the next station
30 sec push ups
30 sec bear crawl to the next station
30 sec sit ups
30 sec gorilla walk to the next station
30 sec squats
30 sec bear walk to the next station
........Repeat 6 times!
