Couldn't figure out the timer so have no seconds.. Hope you are having a great time on vacation.
nice job Gary and Irene. where is everybody else? things are well here. the airlines lost both of our bags. Dina got hers this afternoon (Monday) i'm hoping for mine tomorow. the same swimsuit and shorts are getting a little tiresome. otherwise there is nothing to complain about. its 88 degrees ish every day. i'll check in tomorow. hope all is well back home.

Diane did 10 rounds of 10 squats,10 pushups,10 situps...8 minutes, 12 seconds...hope that time is correct...hard to keep track of reps and time...I am feeling it today!
ReplyDeleteHow did the airlines lose your bags?...thought you were doing carry ons. 88 degress is sounding pretty warm...just got back from my early morning walk and it was 37 degrees!
Gary only did the Kettle Bell Swings and Push ups he forgot the Sumo high pulls just so you know.

Irene did KB Ladder: 21:68 minutes. I shaved 5:78 minutes from the last time.
Joe (that's me talking about myself in the third person) did Monday's workout on Tuesday... so does that mean I (meaning Joe) have to add 24 hours on top of the 8:09 minutes it took be to do 10 rounds of 10, 10, & 10?

Not sure I am doing the Griff this week...if I do, it won't be in my neighborhood. Neighbors already think I'm goofy.
good times all. the American airlines decided that our bags were about 1/2 inch too long for a crry on. even though we had used them to go to orlando with the kids just a few months ago. o well. i got my bag on Tuesday night. thanks to insurance we both got some nice new clothes.

Joe i like the 3rd person talk. i think that starting 3rd person thursays at the firestation might be a good idea. life is SUPER stessful here. when to get up, when to eat, when to eat. it is REALLY tough. i need to get back to rest. we are having a great time and looking forward to seeing everyone when we get back. keep up the hard work.
