Beyatch Week!

New members Tai and BZ go head to head in our rowing relay!

This week will be "beyatch week". Each day we will have a "girl" benchmark as our workout of the day. 3-2-1 Go!

Today's WOD: "Angie"
100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats

**You must complete all of the movement reps before moving onto the next movement.

  2. Morning Crew was a little light due to a baseball injury (????) and some 50 yard line tickets to opening day (I am Jealous), but those who showed busted thier butt.

  5. Funny b/c all I saw were the po po sitting around milking OT. ;) JUST KIDDING! Nah- but I did read an entire book there b/4 I was called. Luckily I am married to a famous dude and got dismissed.
