The Easter Bunny's Revenge!!!!


Today, the Easter bunny has left his revenge. A chipper WOD! What is a chipper you say? A "Chipper" is a WOD designed to be challenging by its sheer volume and variety of movements. Hence, without a doubt, this requires a great degree of metal determination as well as physical fitness. So what is the best way to approach one of these WODs? Well, the solution is simple. Individuals tend to have to pace themselves through each of the tasks so as to complete all the requirements for that WOD. So, just begin to "chip" away at the volume in small amounts so that you do not reach failure or begin deterioration of the particular movement. Decide on a smaller amount that you can achieve in good form, create small rest periods in between and that will help you to accumulate the reps until the movement is complete. Don't Give Up! Don't say, "I can't". Say I will, get determined, and Start Chipping!

15 (each leg ~ total of 30) OH Walking lunge with 25lb plate
20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each)
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Box jumps 20" box
30 Double Unders (sub 90 singles)
30 Burpees
20 Pullups
15 Thrusters (95/65#)
