Rowing the night away


Boys rowing their way into summer. Which reminds me, are you ready for our super sneaky surprise on Friday???? Morning class will be held at the regular time. However, evening class will be held at noon. Meet us at NOON in the parking lot of Mobil Gas Station on S. Chicago Road in Oak Creek, address is 9444 S. Chicago. From there we will proceed to our super sneaky surprise location. :) AM crew, if you can, join us! The more the merrier!

With a continuously running clock, do one clean and jerk the first minute, two clean and jerks the second minute, three clean and jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, that is your score.

BOY CAN JUMP!

BZ clears 51.5 inch box jump. He had more in the tank and could clearly get higher, although the height of the garage began to interfere! Summer is getting close, free open space = some damn high box jumps!

WOD~ "Tabata Something Else" Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
